We are currently located in the Sacramento Metropolitan Area developing new relationships with the community here and opening new lines of business. Our primary line of work is now in the area of fine art abstract photography. These images not only serve the collector but also the art director or designer conceptualizing visionary branding. We are able to fashion images with content to your exacting assignment or commission specificaions. We have our publicly viewable galleries and images at PHOTOSHELTER archive selling as rights-managed stock. We are represented by Appel Gallery in Sacramento, and online by FRESCA Gallery, where we sell limited edition prints.
We are actively pursuing representation/exhibition venues as well as juried competitions. We are proud to have received 2 honorable mentions in the fine art categories of Abstract and Other at The 2008 International Photography Awards for the image entitled Cave Painting, shown below. The 2008 competition received 22,872 entries from 124 countries worldwide.
Those were cold winter days when master Jurgen locked me out of the studio in Zurich during lunchtime. He was off to the spa while I was off to capture images. This daily ritual, with my eye so firmly pressed upon the glass keeping moisture from nose or mouth from fogging the viewfinder, helped define the style you see today. One of Europe's best commercial photographers at the spa and his assistant freezing from head to toe wandering between snow flurries from one image to the next.
